Group Exercise Classes

Circuit Training
This circuit workout routine will push you to your limits. As you maneuver your way through each workout station, you’ll lunge, crunch, box jump and more for a full body workout. In the end, you’ll leave class feeling exhilarated.

Red Hot Chili Steppers
This will be a walking program available each day at any time and participants will receive a free pedometer. Steps will be recorded; prizes and awards will be given monthly after 60,000 steps in which is typically a mile each day.

Strength & Toning
A low impact class which focuses on conditioning, sculpting and toning of those stubborn areas. Suitable for all fitness levels. Weight training helps shape and strengthen muscles while building your body to use more calories during cardio workouts.

Water Aerobics/ Flexibility
This class will focus on toning and sculpting your body with no impact to your joints. This workout is a blend of cardio and water resistance training that may incorporate resistance tools such as buoyant water weights and noodles.

Boot Camp
Need a little help to push yourself harder? Boot camp is for you! This group exercise class combines bodyweight exercises with strength training and interval training to help boost strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

ABsolution
This class is a must for everyone! It focuses on abs and back enhancing functional strength and stability. It will be a mix of concentrated ab-centric floor work paired with deep restorative stretching.

Weight Training
This non-aerobics class that workout will be visible and hand written each day to be completed in a group format. You will be encouraged to only use 10% of your body weight for dumb bells exercises during this class. Weight training helps shape and strengthens muscles while building your body to use more calories during cardio workouts.

Spinning
This is s a non- impact cardiovascular workout that takes place on a stationary bike. It does not require a lot of coordination as it incorporates the mind/body connection and a visualization leaving participants with a great sense of accomplishment.

Chair Zumba or Zumba Senato
Session Fee: $40People who want to get some serious (core) work done. Pull up a chair and tone your entire body. A high intensity workout that focuses on defining your muscles, improving overall cardiovascular health and burning major calories in the process. A unique way to challenge the muscles of the body without having to lift weights.
