This indoor cycling class is a fun way to improve cardiovascular health. Participants will get a great endurance workout, including sprinting and hill climbs.
Day: Tuesday/ Thursday, 5:45 – 6:45 p.m.
Day: Wednesday/ Friday, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Drop-in Fee: Ages: 18+
