Patrons will learn movements to improve stretching, strengthening their body and proper breathing techniques. This is a medium-low-impact workout geared for all fitness levels. Instructors will lead you in an invigorating workout with vinyasa techniques that will strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and prepare the mind for any day.
