Power Plyometrics is a co-ed program that fuses Plyometrics and Cardio. You’ll improve vertical jump, speed, and strength while increasing athletic performance and burning calories to stay physically fit. In this fun and challenging class you will receive the muscle sculpting and power strength benefits of plyometrics along with strength and flexibility associated with cardio. This is a medium-low impact workout geared for all fitness levels.
