Dad’s and their daughters will do a variety of fun exercises with their kids. There will be dodgeball, basketball, relay racing, etc. We will start off with basic exercises for the youth such as sit-ups, jumping jacks, squats, etc. (elementary school kids). For more information, call 816-513-7720.
