**Please note that when the National Weather Service issues heat warnings, Pop In at the Park sessions may be canceled. Check the activities calendar for updates on each session.

Stop by select Kansas City parks between June 1 – August 18, and visit with your Library!

We’ll be popping up in local neighborhoods to provide summer learning resources to families, connect people with services, offer fun kids’ activities, and more!

  • Readers of all ages can sign up for this year’s Summer Reading Program.
  • Free Harvesters Kids Café meals will be available for children ages 1-18 from 4-6 p.m. during each pop-up session.
  • Fun activities for kids —and FREE BOOKS!
  • Other Library programs and services will also join in!

Pop In at the Park is presented by the Kansas City Public LibraryKansas City Parks and Recreation, and Harvesters.

Every Tuesday:  Spring Valley Park, Brooklyn Ave. & E. 28th St.
Every Wednesday: Gillham Park, Gillham Road & 41st St.
Every Thursday: William Henry Harrison Park, 11512 Mike Onka Memorial Dr.
Every Friday: Budd Park, St. John Ave & Brighton Ave.
