KCMO’s 2 main rivers are a little over 40 miles long and run parallel about 7 miles apart. They are not connected. Blue River was channelized in the 90’s Little Blue River was channelized in the 70’s. Both Rivers suffer from trash. We will be picking up storm drain trash along the banks and illegal dumps on adjacent roads.
