Penn Valley Park Trail Master Plan | Open House #2

KC Parks, the Penn Valley Park Conservancy, and the trail master plan design team invite the surrounding neighborhoods, park stakeholders, and park users to participate in a community open house on October 13th at Just Off Broadway Theater.  Participates can arrive any time between 5-7 PM to provide hopes and concerns regarding the master plan for the park’s trails. This planning study is focused on park trails, west of Broadway.

This is the second meeting in the planning process and will inform refinements to draft trail concepts shared at the meeting. A third meeting will be held to share the final trail plan for this portion of Penn Valley Park.
