This is a 8-week Fitness Boot Camp for those who want to get in shape and stay that way. From entry level to novice, participants will work all muscle groups, practice different methods of cardio workouts, and learn healthy eating habits. Tell a friend or bring a family member and be prepared to feel good about yourself!
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday | 6 – 6:45 a.m.
Tuesday and Thursday | 5:30 – 6:30 a.m.
