Mayor’s Nights are summer programs for youth offered in partnership with the Mayor’s Office.

What are the Mayor’s Nights Programs?
Mayor’s Nights is comprised of sport-specific clinics—Night Hoops  and Night Kicks — that provide secure, night-time, summer activity for youth at KC Parks community centers and facilities. Mayor’s Nights are not your standard athletic programs. They also include a mandatory education component requiring each player to participate in a series of classes such as A.C.T. preparation, job training and life skills. Additionally all participants must maintain strict adherence to program rules of play, punctuality and general behavior.

A social component, Club KC , provides the opportunity for youth to gather in a secure, yet fun, environment on weekends throughout the summer.
