Sometimes you need a buddy to keep you going at the gym, so we came up with a workout for pairs that will kick your body into gear. This class mixes traditional callisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training—all with a partner by your side.

Ages: 18+
Session Fee: $40
Drop-in Fee: $6
Duration:  Twice a week for 4 weeks
