Patrons will learn movements to improve stretching, strengthening their body and proper breathing techniques. This is a medium to low impact workout geared for all fitness levels. Our instructors will lead you in an invigorating work out with vinyasa techniques that will strengthen the body, improve flexibility, and prepare the mind for any day.
