Youth Exercise Class

AGE GROUP: Youth

LOCATION: Southeast Community Center

Youth that attend these classes will receive a variety of ways to enhance their fitness levels. Plyometrics, natural body weight control (core, pushups, pull-ups), resistance training, and stretching will be incorporated into this. This class is a great way to make fitness a part of your lives.

Sept. 5
Monday/ Wednesday, 5 – 6 p.m.

Sept. 6
Tuesday/ Thursday, 4 – 5 p.m.

Ages 14 – 18
Fee: Drop-in $5/drop-in, FREE/w Membership.
