Welcome to our newest Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioner, Yolanda Medina Casey, who was recently appointed to the Board by Mayor Sly James.Yolanda Casey is the Program Leader Retail Visual Merchandising for Hallmark Cards. Ms. Casey also currently serves on the Kansas City Board of Trustees and United Way Allocation Team. She has an associate of arts degree in business from Baker University.The Parks and Recreation department is governed by a volunteer five-member Board of Parks and Recreation Commissioners who are appointed by the Mayor. #KCParks #WhereKCPlays
