SITE LOCATION: 3098 N.W. Barry Rd. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES

CLASSIFICATION: Park This is primarily natural area near the northeast corner of N.W. Barry
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 1 Road and N. Line Creek Parkway. It preserves a little less than 1.5 acres

PARK DISTRICT: North of woodland and stream in the Line Creek watershed. It is sandwiched
between the Primrose Retirement Community and another large single-
ESTABLISHED: 1978 family residential land holding. The property does not feature KC Parks

ACREAGE: 1.4 acres signage and does not have access to a public street. The property
is adjacent to the northern trailhead of the Line Creek Greenway.
However, until the department is able to acquire additional contiguous
PARK AMENITIES land, there is not reason to invest further in this park.
