SITE LOCATION: 5780 N. Broadway STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES
CLASSIFICATION: Park Morgan Tract is a natural area sandwiched between U.S. Highway
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 2 169 and N. Broadway. Situated on the city limit line with Gladstone,
PARK DISTRICT: North it is bordered by multi-family and single-family residential as well as
commercial businesses and a highway. The park land is completely
ESTABLISHED: 1981 forested with a small stream but provides no signage or recreational
ACREAGE: 9.25 acres amenities. Topography would make traditional park development
of this property challenging. Based on its proximity to other parks like
Vydik and Englewood, further investment in this park is not warranted
