COUNCIL DISTRICT: 2 Tiffany Hills Park is a large athletic complex with numerous amenities.

PARK DISTRICT: It is located at the northwest corner of N.W. Old Tiffany Springs Road
and N. Congress Avenue. This assessment did not include an inventory
ESTABLISHED: 2000 of the Springs Aquatic Center. But it did examine the athletic fields, the
ACREAGE: 71.9 acres inclusive playground, and the associated parking lots, walkways, and
shelters. This park has a ton to offer its visitors, especially those attending
for soccer, baseball, or softball. Opportunities for improvement include:
