          Project Blue River Rescue in Swope Park
                                                              KC Parks, city offi  cials and neighborhood leaders held a ceremonial
                                                              demolition of the former Vivion Road YMCA on March 21. Kansas City
                                                              Parks and Recreation acquired the YMCA and removed the building with
                                                              plans to renovate and reopen the outdoor swimming pool in late summer
