Youth and Adult Swim Lessons
Gregg/Klice Community Center offers
Learn-to-Swim Level 1 and Level 2

Level 1: Swimmers will gain confidence in the water
and learn water safety. Skills taught include bobbing,
opening eye underwater and grabbing objects, glides,
back float, treading water and other beginner
techniques.

Level 2: Teaches swimmers fundamental skills. The Water Aerobics
lesson include: rotary breathing, front, jellyfish and Water Aerobics is an exercise program designed to
tuck and back floats, glides, recovery from a front and build and increase muscle strength, cardio
back float or glide to vertical position, roll overs, endurance, flexibility, and toning. A 45 minute
changing direction when swimming, and other new session includes a warmup, intervals of muscle sets
swim expertise. and cardio, stretching and a cool down. FREE with
monthly membership.

Parent + Me Swim Social Hour
Parents of preschoolers, join us with your little one for
our new swim social hour every Tuesday and
Saturday morning! The first 30 minutes will be
structured play time and the last half hour is open
swim. Parent attendance is required.
$5 one parent + child, $2 for each additional child
