SITE LOCATION: 7002 N. Hickory St. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES

CLASSIFICATION: Park Old State Line Greenway preserves over 24 acres of woodland and
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 2 stream in the Line Creek watershed. It is a natural area and is comprised
of several tax parcels behind single family homes near Hickory Street
North
PARK DISTRICT: between N.W. 70th and N.W. 75th Streets. The existing property harbors
ESTABLISHED: 1994 mature trees and offers great access to the creek but is not large enough
to support trail development. With additional land acquisition, future trail
ACREAGE: 24.52 acres development could potentially link this property with Creekwood Park
and Wood Bridge Park to the north. Until trail development is possible,
additional investment in this property is unwarranted.
