        COUNCIL DISTRICT:                    6         Santa Fe Trace Park Greenway is a primarily natural area consisting of

        PARK DISTRICT:                                 multiple parcels of land west of Wornall Road to the train tracks east of
                                                       Holmes Road.  This greenway is surrounded by single and multi-family
        ESTABLISHED:             1978                  residential and is located just south of Avila University.   It is not easy to

                                                       property starts or stops.  It is not attractive or inviting and doesn’t offer a
                                                       sense of safety.  Opportunities for improvement:

                                                           connect Carl Migliazzo Park to the Blue River trails
        •  Old Park Sign  (1)                          •   Park benches could be added, along with better and more signage
