SITE LOCATION: Along Indian Creek from State Line Rd. to the Blue River

PARK DISTRICT: regional trail that passes through Olathe, Overland Park, and Leawood,
Kansas before entering Kansas City at the state line. The four miles
ESTABLISHED: 1968 within Kansas City include scenic views of the creek, a nice trailhead
ACREAGE: 119.49 acres on the site of the historic Watts Mill, and the creek’s confluence with the
Blue River where this trail ties into the Blue River Trail. Encampments
were observed in this stretch of parkland, as well as animals, like deer
