Senior Chair Aerobics
Keep your heart happy and healthy with light aerobics from the
comfort and security of a chair. This class will improve flexibility,
balance, and strength.

Senior Exercise Class
This senior fitness class is very important in helping the seniors
learn the proper ways to perform In exercises and also help them
with everyday activities, while reducing any injuries.
