CLASSIFICATION: Park Located in the Ivanhoe Southeast neighborhood, this park was formerly
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 3 referred to as Brooklyn Park. In a past life, The Parks Department had

PARK DISTRICT: used the property as temporary housing for WW2 Veterans. This park
has sidewalks, signage, and accessible parking that are all in good
ESTABLISHED: 1956 condition. Opportunities for improvement include:

basketball court
• updating the playground equipment, repairing/replace the
