CLASSIFICATION: Park Linwood Green Park is located near the VA Hospital and adjacent to
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 3 both single- and multi-family residential. The park features multiple

PARK DISTRICT: raingardens and green infrastructure solutions installed and maintained
by the KC Water Department that are relatively new. This space is
ESTABLISHED: 1974 easy to access from surrounding neighborhoods, is ADA-compliant,
ACREAGE: 17.7 acres is perceived to be inviting, safe and attractive, and has well-maintained
pavements and landscaping. Linwood Green doesn’t offer a variety
of activities or opportunities for revenue but could be used as an
