SITE LOCATION: Pendleton Ave. & Lexington Ave. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES
CLASSIFICATION: Park The Lafayette Traber Garden is a grassy median at the far west end of
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 3 Pendleton Avenue. It is one of the smallest park properties in the system.

PARK DISTRICT: In its present condition, it provides no park or recreation amenities. It
provides public open green space within the street right-of-way in the
ESTABLISHED: 1956 vicinity of about a dozen homes. As a park and recreation property in
ACREAGE: 0.78 acres the Pendleton Heights neighborhood, it is a small component of the
much larger Kessler Park district. Improvements could include:
