          SITE LOCATION:  5499 N. Highland Ave.        STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES

        CLASSIFICATION:                Park            Located just south of  NE Englewood Rd is Davidson Park. This park
        COUNCIL DISTRICT:                   4          is impeccably well maintained with an ample amount of amenities.

        PARK DISTRICT:                                 The park amenities, such as the playground, half basketball court, and
                                                       outdoor seating area, are in great condition. If there were a reason to
        ESTABLISHED:             1957                  increase this park’s usability, a shelter over the picnic area would be a

                                                       accessible all year round, rain or shine. The shelter would also add the
