COUNCIL DISTRICT: 5 in South Kansas City, is adjacent to single-family residential and down

PARK DISTRICT: South the road from Ruskin High School. Ruskin Way Park has nice mature
trees and a few amenities including a playground, shelter, open lawn
ESTABLISHED: 1977 and a few off-street parking spaces. The playground is newer but the

ACREAGE: 5.13 acres shelter is older. The open space is well-maintained and the mature
trees are a tremendous asset. Opportunities for improvement include:
