SITE LOCATION: 4141 E. 100th Terr. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES
CLASSIFICATION: Park Scott Park is a small gem that serves the King Rose Hill neighborhood in
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 5 south Kansas City. It is located immediately northwest of the Grandview
PARK DISTRICT: South Triangle between larger suburban single-family lots. Though E. 100th
Terrace does not provide sidewalks, Scott park does and the park loop
ESTABLISHED: 1974 around the lake gets regular use. The pavement and trees are in good
ACREAGE: 6.3 acres condition. Opportunities for improvement include:
• New updated KC Parks signage
• Additional seating and picnic tables along the trail
