SITE LOCATION: Swope Pkwy. & Meyer Blvd. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES
CLASSIFICATION: Park Swope Park is the flagship park of Kansas City and the largest property
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 5 in the system. It is the home to major cultural destinations such as the
PARK DISTRICT: South Zoo and Starlight Theater. It is also home to several major park and
recreation facilities such as the Southeast Community Center and
