PARK DISTRICT: River watershed in northeast Kansas City. The land is generally located
behind single-family homes on the southeastern perimeter of the Shoal
ESTABLISHED: 1999 Creek neighborhood north of Cookingham Drive and south of N.E. 112th
ACREAGE: 32.54 acres Street. Should the undeveloped property to the southeast develop into
more single-family homes, it is possible that additional land could be
acquired and a proper greenway could be developed in this corridor.
PARK AMENITIES Until that time additional investment is unwarranted.
