SITE LOCATION: Line Creek Pkwy. & N.W. 85th St. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES
CLASSIFICATION: Park Line Creek Meadows is a tract of land that preserves just over 17 acres
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 1 of riparian corridor on the very uppermost reaches of the Line Creek

PARK DISTRICT: watershed. The tract sits on the west side of North Line Creek Parkway
between N.W. 8th Street and N.W. 87th Street. This property includes
ESTABLISHED: 1997 a multi-use trail, and is not signed as a piece of parkland. It provides
ACREAGE: 17.7 acres a small measure of habitat preservation between the much larger
stretches of habitat south of Barry Road and north of Missouri Route
152. It also provides a wooded buffer between residences in the Line
