        PARK DISTRICT:                                 this park property harbors wildlife and forms a buffer between industrial,
                                                       land uses, Missouri Route 210 and singe-family homes int he Chouteau
        ESTABLISHED:             1957                  Estates neigborhood.  The greenway is marked with an old park sign
        ACREAGE:            72.40 acres                and features a nice pedestrian bridge.  However, there is no paved trail
                                                       within this property leaving it rlatively inaccessible.  If the deparetment
                                                       wishes to develop trail amenities in this property it should consider:
