SITE LOCATION: N.E. 64th Terr. & N. Belleview St. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES
CLASSIFICATION: Park This park property exists in a multiple tracts totaling over 33 acres of
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 2 land, much of which is natural area. It preserves forest and stream in the
Line Creek watershed between U.S. Highway 169 on the east and N.W.
North
PARK DISTRICT: Waukomis Drive on the west. The one developed portion at the dead
ESTABLISHED: 1986 end of N.W. 64th Terrace features a small playground, a swing set, a
picnic table, and open lawn. The playground is in good condition. The
ACREAGE: 33.01 acres swings and a single picnic table lack an accessible paved pathway.
With additional land acquisition and trail development, this park could
