COUNCIL DISTRICT: 2 Line Creek watershed. It is a natural area and sits between apartment
complexes on N. Holly Street and a single-family neighborhood off
North
PARK DISTRICT: N. Platte Purchase Drive. The property is virtually inaccessible from
ESTABLISHED: 1999 adjoining development. With additional land acquisition, future trail
development could potentially link this property with Wood Bridge
ACREAGE: 4.8 acres Park to the north and Old State Line Greenway to the south. Until
trail development is possible, additional investment in this property is
unwarranted.
