          SITE LOCATION:  Sni-A-Bar Rd. & Bennington Ave.

        COUNCIL DISTRICT:                    3         This primarily natural area in the Eastwood Hills neighborhood provides
                                                       no signage or amenities to indicate it is a KC Parks property.  Access to

        PARK DISTRICT:
                                                       the site is discouraged by multiple gates and barriers.  There are several

                                                       inside the park and along the road.  Despite being in an area with limited

                                                       garbage.  Opportunities for improvement include:
