SITE LOCATION: 7251 E. 118th Pl. STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES
CLASSIFICATION: Park Ingels Park consists of a natural area in two tracts on either side of E. 118th
COUNCIL DISTRICT: 6 Place between Holiday Drive and Food Lane. These parcels preserve

PARK DISTRICT: an open channel stream in the Little Blue River watershed. Both parcels
have a mix of woodland and open space but provide limited opportunity
ESTABLISHED: 1977 for pedestrian access. The northern of the two parcels is contiguous
ACREAGE: 5.7 acres with Longview Tract. These spaces are so small and so tightly pinned
in by adjoining homes that they present few opportunities for future
park development. The plan recommends no additional improvements
