KC Parks and Recreation programs are inclusive! We believe that everyone benefits from and has the right to the same recreation opportunities with or without additional needed supports.
KC Parks and Recreation welcomes, invites, and encourages people of all abilities to register for programs of interest.
Should an individual need modifications and/or additional support to enjoy KC Parks and Recreation experiences, submitting our brief AIR Support Request Form will help us help them! Recreation is FUN – and to help “fun” happen we will partner with individuals on needed modifications to ensure positive and safe program experiences for all.
KC Parks and Recreation supports the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and strives to comply with all aspects of the law to minimize barriers to the best of our ability.

- When registering, please check “YES” on the accessibility/inclusion question.
- Complete the AIR Support Request e-Form.
- AIR Services staff will contact you to learn more about your request.
