Giving the community a way to get active
The Kansas City Parks and Recreation Department community centers have new fitness equipment in time for the new year. The upgrades feature a range of exercise equipment to help cater to everyone on their fitness journey. Residents can now enjoy the benefits of new treadmills, strength equipment, elliptical machines and so much more!
The investment aims to empower the community with accessible, high-quality fitness equipment to support their wellness journey.
The residents of Kansas City, MO fully support that the Parks & Recreation Department is critical to their quality of life and voiced their concerns to replace the old equipment with new equipment.
Thus, we orchestrated a vision and plan with the assistance of Advanced Exercise to purchase and install new equipment at all ten community centers. Over 150 pieces of equipment were installed in the month of December consisting of treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, and free weights.
We are encouraging everyone to visit the community centers, explore the new fitness equipment, and take advantage of the upgraded facilities. The Parks and Recreation Department is devoted to improving the health and well-being of the Kansas City community.
