Warming Site Hours
Monday-Friday: 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
During days of high heat and Heat Advisory, community centers will be available for use by any member of the public as a cooling center free of charge. The capacity at these locations will be 5 patrons at a time due to COVID-19 safety precautions and summer youth programming occurring in the building. Patrons may be limited in time spent at each community center if others are waiting.

Facility Pass: $5/day
All Access Pass: $30/month, $300/annual
Group (2 or more): $30 for initial membership, $10 off for each additional membership, must be members of the same household.

Gymnasium Full Court (Non-Athletic Event) $100 per hour
Afterhours Regular room rental fee plus $50 surcharge per hour
Patio Rental $20 per hour
Patio Rental (with gym or room rental) $15 per hour
Bounce House $25 per hour with gym rental

Pre-registration is required for all Hillcrest Community Center classes or programs, unless otherwise noted. Payment must accompany all registrations. Hillcrest Community Center accepts cash, checks or money orders in the correct amount. Credit cards are not accepted. Registrations are handled on a first come first serve basis.
Any class or program will be canceled three working days before scheduled due to low or no enrollment. If you are interested in a class, please enroll early.
Hillcrest Community Center has reserved the right to cancel, combine or divide classes. There may sometimes be a need to change dates, times, locations, instructors, fees or program revisions in any program offerings. Participants will be given at least a 24-hour notice for date, time, location changes or cancellations. Hillcrest Community Center provides recreation programs, which are open to all residents in the city and surrounding areas. There are two different ways to register: walk-in or mail-in to 10401 Hillcrest Road, Kansas City, MO 64134.
