Students will learn basic swim lesson skills and focuses on skills for beginners. Students are introduced to the pool and develop safe water habits in a fun and encouraging environment. The lesson includes rotary breathing, front, jellyfish and tuck and back floats, glides, recovery from a front and back float or glide to vertical position, roll overs, changing direction when swimming, and other new swim expertise.
