Couch to 5K

Join us as we follow a progressive training plan that will take you from the “couch” to successfully completing a 4 mile run. The program will include 2 group “runs” per week, Wednesday evening and Saturday morning, either outdoors or in the Tony Aguirre gym, depending on the weather. No running background required but a pair of good quality running shoes is highly recommended to avoid injury.

The target event for the program will be the Ward Parkway 4 on the Fourth on July 4th.

Program fee does not include race registration.
