Evening Water Aerobics
Water Walking. Using the water to add resistance, this basic cardio exercise can be progressed. Jumping Jacks. Jumping jacks activate the muscles in your arms and legs while incorporating water Treading. Treading water helps elevate your heart rate without putting undue pressure on.
Age: 16+

Drop-in Fee: $5
Duration: Class sessions are1 hour a day/2 days a week

Water Aerobics
This low-impact exercise program is designed to build and increase muscle strength, cardio endurance, flexibility and toning. Each class includes a warm up, intervals of muscle sets and cardio, stretching and a cool down. It’s a great way to get fit while avoiding stress on your joints
