Water Aerobics is a science based exercise program designed to build and increase muscle strength, cardio endurance, flexibility and toning. A forty-five minute session includes a warm up, intervals of muscle sets and cardio, stretching and a cool down.
Monday/ Friday, 10 – 10:45 a.m. | Monday/ Wednesday, 6 – 6:45 p.m. | Tuesday/ Thursday, 9 – 9:45 a.m.
Drop-in Fee: $5 Adult, $3 Senior, $2 Youth or FREE with Membership
