Low Impact Water Aerobics
Low Impact Aerobic is an exercise program designed to build and increase muscle strength, cardio endurance, flexibility, and toning. A forty-five minute session includes a warm up, intervals of muscle sets, cardio, stretching and cool down.
Monday/ Friday, 10 a.m. | Tuesday/ Thursday, 9 a.m.
Age: 16+
Session Fee: $30 or Free with Membership
Drop-in Fee: $5 | $3/ Seniors 55+
Duration: Class sessions are1 hour a day/2 days a week
