The Loose Park Garden Center is a unique mid-century modern facility with

are on the lower level. These are not accessible and there is not an elevator in

• Kitchen stucco has some conditional issues. The windows and sliding doors are original
• Multi-Purpose Room and operational, but not thermally broken or insulated and the thresholds are not
code compliant. The lower-level entrance on the west has drainage issues.
