          SITE LOCATION:  7920 N Hickory St.           STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES

        CLASSIFICATION:                Park            Wood Bridge Park preserves 13 acres of woodland and stream in the
        COUNCIL DISTRICT:                    2         Line Creek watershed.  It is a natural area laying between apartment
                                                       complexes  off  N.  Hickory  Street  and  a  single-family  neighborhood
                                     North
        PARK DISTRICT:                                 off N. Platte Purchase Drive.  The landscape is beautiful but virtually
        ESTABLISHED:             1987                  inaccessible from adjoining properties.  With additional land acquisition,
                                                       future trail development could potentially link this property with
        ACREAGE:            13.2 acres
                                                       Creekwood Park and Old State Line Greenway.  Until trail development
