          SITE LOCATION:  9363 N.W. 70th St.           STRENGTHS, WEAKNESSES, & OPPORTUNITIES

        CLASSIFICATION:                Park            Woodsmoke Park preserves 8 acres of woodland as well as a portion of
        COUNCIL DISTRICT:                    2         stream in the Rush Creek watershed.  It is surrounded by single-family
                                                       and multi-family homes on the south side of N.W. 70th Street just west
                                     North
        PARK DISTRICT:                                 of Interstate 29.  The developed portion of the park rests at the top of

                                                       magnificent shade but lacks signage and ADA-compliant walkways.
