                                                                 Calling all youth! Are you interested in learning about growing fruits
                                                                 and vegetables in a raised bed? The Garrison Youth Community Garden
                                                                 is teaching adolescents the significance of caring for the earth
                                                                 while learning how to grow their own food, work in a professional
                                                                 environment, and create positive change for the community, the
                                                                 environment and themselves.

                                                                 Bon Appetit! Do you love to eat? Are you between the ages of 9-14?
                                                                 We have the perfect program for you! The Youth Food Talk Class is a
                                                                 program that helps youth become more proficient and confident in the
                                                                 kitchen. This class will be a hands-on adventure, exploring all aspects of
                                                                 the culinary arts. Students will learn about kitchen safety, knife skills,
                                                                 cooking with fresh ingredients, BBQing and much, much more!
                                                                 Age: 9-14
                                                                 Fee: $5 session / $1 drop-in
