Celebrating a fun, safe, healthy season for 400+ Kansas City youth
Mayor Quinton Lucas and Kansas City Parks and Recreation Department are ready to celebrate the highly anticipated end-of-season game for Mayor’s Night Programs. Mayor’s Night Hoops was tremendously successful, with more than 400 participants participating this summer.
This is a celebration of the Mayor’s Night Programs and keeping the youth safe. The event will feature a basketball game with Mayor Lucas, a drill team, and appearances from celebrity basketball players.

ABOUT MAYOR’S NIGHT HOOPS
Night Hoops is one of Mayor’s Nights’ longest-running programs since 1992. Night Hoops has a standing history with several great basketball players from Kansas City who have benefited from this opportunity on and off the court.
Mayor’s Night is an initiative by the City of Kansas City to provide safe and engaging activities for residents of all ages. This program aims to foster community engagement, promote physical activity, and create memorable participant experiences.
