        CLASSIFICATION:                Park            Blue Valley Park is a beautiful piece of land on the west bank of the

        PARK DISTRICT:             QLID                Situated at the southwest corner of E. 23rd Street and Topping Avenue,
                                                       it is bordered by single-family homes and J.A. Rogers Elementary
        ESTABLISHED:            1943                   School.  Much of the park’s perimeter is defined by the Blue Valley
